We are delighted to present an inspiring and forward-looking program at the 4 thInternational Food Conference (IFC), organized by Widya Mandala SurabayaCatholic University. The 4 th IFC will feature distinguished keynote speakers, parallelscientific sessions with oral and poster presentations, and dynamic discussionscovering cutting-edge topics in advanced innovation for food sustainability.Established in 2011 and held every five years, the conference has become arecognized platform for bringing together researchers to exchange knowledge andfoster collaboration in the field of food science and technology. The 4 th IFC will beheld virtually and focuses on innovative solutions to address sustainability and healthchallenges in modern food systems through four main themes:
- Sustainable food engineering and processing technologies
- Food safety and sustainable precision fermentation
- Sustainable food chemistry innovation
- Nutrition and health-driven food innovation
The mission of the 4 th IFC is to facilitate knowledge dissemination and stimulatecollaboration to accelerate scientific and technological innovations that supportsustainable, safe, and health-promoting food systems at both local and global levels.
