Focus and Scope The 4th International Food Conference (IFC) 2026 adopts the theme “Advanced Innovation for Food Sustainability”. The conference addresses emerging global challenges in food systems, including food security, environmental sustainability, resource efficiency, and human nutrition. As the demand for nutritious food continues to increase while natural resources become more limited, innovative solutions in food science and technology are essential to develop sustainable and resilient food systems. This conference aims to provide a platform for food researchers, academics, industry professionals, and policymakers to exchange knowledge, share research findings, and foster collaboration in advancing sustainable food innovations. The discussion will focus on scientific and technological developments that improve food safety, processing efficiency, nutritional quality, and environmental responsibility.
